Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Night Guest Service Agent to join the team at Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort on a casual basis. This position will be required for 8 hours per week on a Saturday night, with the opportunity for additional shifts. 

Part-time rate: $29.40 per hour + Super + Company Benefits!! 
Expected hours: 8 per week (potential for further hours)

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and check in guests
• Communicate professionally
• Make bookings
• Assist guests during their stay
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability to works shifts between 11.00pm and 7.00am, including weekends

Qualifications

Previous experience working in hospitality, providing customer service and guest services is advantageous.

Oaks Hotels will support you obtain a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality whilst you work full-time or part-time with us.
