• Minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar position within a hotel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences • Ability to resolve problems and work efficiently under pressure • Well-presented and organized with a calm personality • Valid Australian Driver's license would be highly regarded
