Our client is looking for an experienced Probate Clerk/Wills and Estates Secretary. This is an exceptional opportunity to begin a fresh challenge with a vibrant firm where you will quickly feel part of their team.
In this role you will work alongside a two Partners known for their friendliness and two enthusiastic junior lawyers. This varied role will provide you with lots of autonomous file management and client contact.
Typical duties may include: - Preparing Wills and Leases;
- Enduring Powers of Attorney and Probate;
- Managing Probate files from start to finish;
- Preparing Supreme Court documents to obtain a Grant of Probate;
- Preparing distribution statements;
- Lodging forms;
- Preparing Application;
- Managing client contact database;
- Liaising with clients, lawyers and other staff.
About you To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in Wills, Probate and Estate Planning. You will enjoy working as part of a smaller team and be calm under pressure.
