Pt Leo Estate has a rare opportunity to join our leadership team as Restaurant Manager in our esteemed fine dining restaurant, 'Laura'.

This role puts you in the driver's seat of one of Australia's most refined dining rooms in the regional tourism mecca of the Mornington Peninsula.

Laura is our 40-seat fine dining experience at Pt. Leo Estate

Laura is a truly unique degustation experience that combines incredible Peninsula views and produce, world class wines, a premium sculpture park and the best in luxury details.

Laura's aspiration is to care for guests in an authentic and intelligent way. Each touch point is deliberate and considered and we commit to the guest journey wholeheartedly.

ABOUT PT. LEO ESTATE:

Work in a business that is progressive, secure and dedicated to staff wellbeing with an established International reputation. This role will see you:

• Manage a team of industry professionals
• Deliver excellent service over a 5 day working week
• Work with the Culinary Director and Head Sommelier to design and deliver one of Australia's most luxurious dining experiences
• Work with the General Manager and Head of Finance directly to deliver a successful business at every juncture

• A minimum of 5 years' experience leading a high-end dining room with proven successful results over this period
• Ability to relocate for the role for a minimum of 5 years
• Hospitality Managment or equivalent formal qualifications highly regarded.
• WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers qualifications an advantage

Pt. Leo Estate is a family-run oceanfront property set on 330 acres of vineyard, cattle grazing land, and a world-class sculpture park located in Bunurong Country on the Mornington Peninsula. Our business comprises three contemporary dining spaces overlooking Western Port Bay, complemented by award-winning Cellar Door offers.

Laura is our 45-seat fine dining space which has maintained "2 Chef Hats" status since opening in 2018. We offer guests a detailed dining experience that elevates the simple luxuries of time, space and comfort.

The tasting menu, designed by Josep Espuga, highlights the premium ingredients available from the Mornington Peninsula. Connecting our team with the producers excelling in this region and sharing their stories with our guests is the ethos we deliver daily.
