Restaurant Supervisor / Floor Manager

The Apollo is a Modern Greek restaurant in Potts Point. For the past ten years, we have consistently been awarded One Australian Good Food Guide Hat and pride ourselves as being one of the venues that have set the standard for casual fine dining in Sydney. Fostering a collaborative culture within our team is one of the ways that we’ve been able to consistently deliver relaxed, professional service in a fast-paced setting.

We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor / Floor Manager to join our exceptional team and support the restaurant manager in the day to day running of the restaurant. Casual or full time positions available.
