The Role:

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and management.
• Lead the team through all kitchen processes, from preparation to efficient service delivery.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to junior staff, promoting a dynamic and positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and recipe management.
• Manage food and labor costs through efficient ordering and staffing practices.
