Under the general direction of the Restaurant & Bars Manager, and within the limited of established InterContinental Hotels Group and local hotel policies and procedures, ensure the smooth conduct of the shift through customer focused service delivery and effective staff supervision.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
• Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
• Approve time sheets on completion of shift checking they are complete and accurate
• Experience - ideally, you’ll have spent the last one year in a Food and Beverage Supervisory position
• Flexibility - night, weekend, overnight and holiday shifts are all part of the job
