As a Registered Nurse, you inspire others while coordinating the provisions of daily care needs to residents. You will take pride in delivering an exceptional service, with a focus on person-centred care. This role will engage your leadership skills as you work closely with the clinical care team to promote high-quality care principals. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments, engage in nursing practices that enhance the dignity and integrity of residents independence and the management of medications. You will liaise with doctors, allied health professionals, and family members in the planning, implementation and evaluation of individual resident care.
