See link - About us:The Cancer Inpatient Unit (CIPU) is an eleven-bed unit, located on level 5 New Wing Block, Rockhampton Hospital. The unit is part of Cancer Care Services model of care. Cancer Care consists of care provision by Medical Oncology, Haematology, Radiation Oncology, and Specialist Palliative Care. provides specialist care for patients.About the role:In supporting the Nurse Unit Manager, the Associate Nurse Unit Manager (A/NUM) provides leadership and direction to nursing and midwifery staff and is responsible for the facilitation and provision of safe, quality and cost-effective nursing care consistent with contemporary standards and best practice within Cancer and Palliative care.About you:To be successful in this role you must have current nursing registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).What we offer:Salary information:Total remuneration value of up to $70,681 p.a. is comprised of: A hourly rate between $61.20 - $62.48 p.h.12.75% employer superannuation contribution17.5% leave loading Other benefits include: Professional Development OpportunitiesEducation Opportunities – Study and ResearchWork-Life Balance, Variety and FlexibilityGenerous Salary SacrificingPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Discounted Private Health InsuranceFitness Passport Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) requirements:It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against vaccine preventable diseases as listed on the Role Description.
