Our St Josephs Residential Aged Care home in Coffs Harbour is on the lookout for a Chef Manager. This full time permanent Monday - Friday role manages the smooth operation of the home's commercial kitchen and dining service, enabling our residents to enjoy a variety of fresh, nutritious meals on a daily basis.
The big rocks of the role are
In this role your key stakeholders are the Home leadership team (which you are part of), Employees, Residents and their family & friends and suppliers. This role reports directly to the Residential Manager and the Cooks and catering assistants report directly to you.
The hours for this position are:
Monday - 06:30 - 15:00
Tuesday - 09:00 - 17:00
Wednesday - 06:30 - 14:30
Thursday - 09:00 - 17:00
Friday - 06:30 - 14:30
