We are currently recruiting qualified Clinical Nurses who are looking for an exciting career opportunity within the Great Southern Region of Western Australia! The Great Southern aim to fill nursing vacancies in the following areas of specialty: General Medical / Surgical Theatre Emergency Department Residential Aged Care Palliative Care Outpatient Care Acute Care To the following locations: Katanning Gnowangerup Kojonup Ravensthorpe Bremer Bay Jerramungup Mount Barker (Plantagenet) Denmark The Great Southern region is one of the nine regions of Western Australia. It is located on the south coast of Western Australia adjoining the Southern Ocean, where it extends for approximately 250 km. It is bordered by the South West region on the west and extends 200 km north where it meets the Wheatbelt region. The Great Southern health region is made up of two geographic health districts, the Central Great Southern and Lower Great Southern. Its largest city is Albany, which is located 418 km from Perth. The Central Great Southern includes one District Hospital (Katanning Hospital) and two small hospitals (Gnowangerup and Kojonup Hospitals) and one Nursing Post/Health Centre (Tambellup Health Centre). The Lower Great Southern includes one regional hospital (Albany Hospital), three small hospitals (Denmark, Plantagenet, and Ravensthorpe Hospitals) and two Nursing Posts/Health Centres (Bremer Bay and Jerramungup Health Centres).
