About the Role:

As a Clinical Psychologist at our new Nepean clinic, you will have the opportunity to work in a brand new site and supporting building this new center. Whether you prefer to work part-time or full-time, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who is committed to providing evidence-based psychological interventions and making a positive impact on the mental health and wellbeing of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients with a wide range of mental health concerns and conditions.
• Providing evidence-based psychological interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
• Collaborating with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and a holistic approach to treatment.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying abreast of best practices in the field of clinical psychology.
• Contributing to the growth and success of our Nepean clinic through active participation in community outreach and networking activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Full registration as a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience working as a Clinical Psychologist, preferably in a clinical or community mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Experience with Women’s health, NDIS, DVA and ADF clients.
