About The Role Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of women and their families? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at John Hunter Hospital as a Clinical Support Officer (CSO). In this role, you'll work closely with our Midwifery Managers and the multidisciplinary team to ensure the seamless delivery of quality care to our patients. As a CSO, you'll be the backbone of our Maternity and Gynaecology Service, providing essential administrative support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Under the guidance of the Midwifery Unit Manager, you'll play a vital role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring that our team can focus on delivering exceptional care. From diary management to rostering, recruitment, equipment coordination, data entry, meeting facilitation, and monthly reporting, your contributions will be invaluable in driving our service forward. Requirements
  • Hold or are willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or its equivalent.
