Enrolled Nurse - North, East & Inner Central Melbourne

My People Solutions are recruiting Enrolled Nurses for a reputable and well-established NDIS Registered Provider for a variety of support worker roles in the disability sector working various early morning, daytime, evening, sleepover and weekend shifts.

Via a person-centric support framework and where disability related healthcare support is required, encompassing a delegation of care in the community model overseen by an experienced Registered Nurses, your role will be to deliver high quality daily care, assistance & support to between 1 and 3 people in the client's own homes and in the community located across north, east & central metro Melbourne suburbs.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years' local work experience as an Enrolled Nurse - medication endorsement preferable and experience of working with clients with Diabetes will be highly regarded.
  
• Experience of working with people with Intellectual Disabilities and / or Mental Health will also be especially well regarded.
  
• Relevant qualifications, diploma level or above.
  
• Current AHPRA (Enrolled Nurse Div 2) registration required.
  
• Have or willing to obtain, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children (Employer), National Police Checks, First Aid & CPR.
  
• Current Driving Licence & Own Car.
  
• Willing and able to travel to one or more locations across north, east and central metro Melbourne to work.
  
• Advanced communication (verbal & written) skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
  
• Good working knowledge of occupational health and safety.
  
• Honesty, Integrity & Reliability for these roles is a must.
