We help to provide Victorians with quality oral healthcare through The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne (RDHM) and by purchasing dental services for public patients from more than 50 community health agencies throughout Victoria. Overview About The Role: The Finance Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the hospital leadership team in a time of transformation. You will be responsible for analysing data, preparing reports, providing insights and advice to aid in decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Overview About The Role: The Finance team sits within the Chief Finance Officer Portfolio and provides support across the whole of Dental Health Services Victoria. This role provides dedicated support to the Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne (RDHM) leadership team. The main focus of this role is the provision of relevant, timely, accurate and insightful management information and reporting to the RDHM stakeholders. Supporting the team with various financial, analytical, and accounting needs in line with the transformation agenda. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and finalising monthly financial and non-financial results.
• Leading and preparing the forecasting process for the hospital.
• Participate in documentation, analysis, and delivery of operational improvement plans.
• Scenario planning using excel to support senior management with decision making.
  

About You:

• 5 years’ experience in finance analysis/business partnering.
• CA/CPA/CIMA qualification.
• Strong problem solving.
• Advanced excel skills.
• Ability to make complex simple.
