Remuneration: $122,850 - 139,559 p.a. + 11% Super + Salary Packaging Employment Type: Permanent Full Time (Part Time may be considered) Position Classification: Health Manager Level 3 Requisition ID: REQ491797 Location: Waratah Campus An exciting opportunity to lead the operational and transactional rostering and workforce systems processes across Hunter New England Local Health District, ensuring the provision of a quality and professional service The Role As the Manager, Workforce Systems & Transactions you will lead teams of talented individuals within Rostering Support, Rural Health Workforce Incentives Scheme, and Workforce Support, and have a passion for supporting and coaching employees and fostering a culture where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential. As a driver of continuous improvement, you’ll be a subject-matter expert on rostering, rural workforce incentives, and workforce support processes, and will leverage your expertise to develop strategies to enhance efficiencies and capabilities across the Health District. Lead The Way As the Manager, Workforce Systems & Transactions, you’ll be responsible for leading the Rostering Support, Rural Health Workforce Incentives, and Workforce Support teams. You’ll demonstrate strong leadership skills and have a motivation to support and strengthen your teams’ training, development, and performance to ensure a proficient and high-functioning team. As a skillful communicator, you’ll adopt a business partnership approach to establish and maintain credible relationships across all levels of the organisation, for consulting, and to share knowledge and provide advice.
