Job Description Looking to fill a number of full-time positions to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, and casuals who can be available for 3-4 days per week during business hours from 9am - 5.30pm or a working parent who can be available the full week, Monday to Friday from 9am - 3pm. Successful applicants will join our dedicated case management team, responsible for liaising with our customers and healthcare providers to facilitate the exchange of health and medical information with speed, simplicity, and security. Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Management of a portfolio of clients, ensuring your caseload is actioned within timeframes specified in our service level agreements
• Liaising with specialists and medical clinics to obtain medical records on behalf of clients.
• Writing accurate case notes in the medEbridge platform
• Relationship management between clients and UHG
• Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties where required.
