Personal Care Worker

Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help others and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
- Communicate with healthcare professionals and family members as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
