Production Supervisor

• Ensure personal and team compliance with COOK values, quality system procedures, policies and relevant medical device standards and regulations.
• Work with relevant Team Leaders to provide direction, support and feedback to manufacturing staff.
• Communicate clear process expectations with all relevant employees.
• Establish process quality goals, monitor results and help identify and implement improvements.
• Establish delivery performance goals, monitor results and help identify and implement improvements.
• Establish process scrap goals, monitor results and help identify and implement improvements.
• Monitor process safety and help identify and implement improvements.

• Demonstrated frontline leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working within the medical device industry preferred.
• Experience driving continuous process improvement preferred.
• Excellent time management, planning and organising skills essential
• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
