About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced project manager passionate about environmental sustainability in healthcare. As the Project Manager for the Australian healthcare Carbon Lab (AhrC Lab), you'll work on crucial research initiatives, collaborating closely with A/Prof. Forbes McGain and Dr. Scott McAlister. You will also collaborate with other clinicians at Western Health, other MDHS linked hospitals/healthcare facilities, and other MDHS staff interested in healthcare sustainability. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on global healthcare practices, working alongside a dynamic team dedicated to pioneering sustainable solutions. Your New Team – Department of Critical Care
The Department of Critical Care, established in 2021, is a hub of academic excellence situated within the Melbourne Medical School, driving innovation and leadership in anaesthesia, perioperative and pain medicine, emergency medicine, and intensive care medicine. With a dedicated team of 20 academic and professional staff, alongside over 210 clinician scientists, we foster collaboration and research at the interface of basic science and clinical practice.
