RoleWe are excited to announce new positions for Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Aged Acute Mental Health ward at Biala Unit; Kingston Centre, CheltenhamIn these newly created Registered Nurse positions, the RN’s will work closely with the Associate Nurse Unit Mangers to ensure the provision of safe and effective care. The role of the Registered Nurse is accurate nursing assessments, and timely handover and management as required. The role also involves escalation of any deteriorating patient to ensure patient safety. Precise Mental Sate Examination and Risk Assessment and paramount in Mental Health Nursing. Having therapeutic engagement time with the consumers is vital is building relationships and ensuring excellent assessment and communication.
