Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will oversee the clinical needs and assessments of residents, promote and enhance the quality of resident care, engage with residents' families and representatives, and manage staff to ensure the delivery of individualized resident care within the Avondale Care division. Demonstrated Skills & Experience in: Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current registration Demonstrated experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably aged care and/or retirement living Basic computer skills and proficiency in using resident computer programs. Demonstrated skills and experience in: Leadership and supervision Writing and reporting Working with people Planning and organizing Decision-making and initiating action Experience contributing to a positive workplace culture and high performing team Reliable Car with Registration + Comprehensive Insurance Have or Willing to Obtain: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Hepatitis B vaccination First Aid & CPR Certificate What Sets Us Apart: At Adventist Senior Living, our shared values drive everything we do. As a key member of the Avondale Care clinical team, you will work under the supervision of the Care Coordinator to prioritize, resource, and address clinical and operational matters.
