Position: Registered Nurse Location: Australia Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting patient recovery, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments. Develop and implement nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and respond to emergencies. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Essential Requirements: Work Experience : Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Registered Nurse. Education : Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA). Registration : Current registration with the NMBA. English Language Proficiency : Valid score in IELTS, OET, PTE Academic, or TOEFL iBT if applicable. Criminal History Check : A clear national criminal history check. Professional Development : Engagement in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities. Insurance : Appropriate professional indemnity insurance arrangements. Legal Work Status : Eligibility to work in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa). Preferred Qualifications: Certifications : Additional certifications in areas of specialization (e.g., Critical Care, Pediatrics, Gerontology). Skills : Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills NOTE: Internationally qualified nurses may be required to undertake a competency assessment if their qualifications and experience are not deemed equivalent to an Australian-trained nurse.
