How you will make an impact
We have an opportunity available for an Integration Specialist with extensive Application Integration experience using Oracle Java Caps and/or Rhapsody, to join our dedicated and busy Apps team and be part of the large broader internal IT team.
Your role will be to ensure seamless integration of various software applications and systems critical to our care services by designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that enhance data flow and communication between different software.
Your demonstrated working experience in a similar position with Java Caps and/or Rhapsody Integration platforms, will be critical to your success in this integral position. Your ability to apply your strong to communication skills in dealing with stakeholders and vendors, together with your agile approach and ability to curate and develop concepts, will aid your success.
Your days will include;
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design scalable and efficient integration solutions
Analysis, design, development & ongoing maintenance of the organisation's integration services on the Java Caps and in Rhapsody
Provide technical expertise to the implementation, administration, maintenance & support of these services to meet current & future needs
Design and deliver and document robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions for existing and new applications
Develop, implement, and maintain a security model for the integration platform in line with CHL security standards and guidelines, working closely with the IT Security Manager
Provide IT support - assist with the identification and resolution of data related issues where integrations are a touchpoint
About you
The ideal applicant will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively in addition to;
Formal qualifications and/ or relevant experience in building integrations in an Oracle Java Caps and/or Rhapsody environment
2-3 years demonstrated proficiency & experience delivering integration solutions within the above mentioned integration systems
Experience with Healthcare Applications and building REST APIs
Understanding of Agile development methodology
Proven experience in application integration, API development, and data integration
Experience with data modelling, information management & data flows
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
Knowledge of the Healthcare, or related sector - desirable
Knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in the Healthcare IT field preferred but not mandatory
Customer-oriented approach, finding joint solutions and fostering sustainable partnerships
Must be able to provide evidence or Covid19 Immunisations
