Residential Care Worker

Summary: We are looking for a Residential Care Worker to join our team and provide care and support in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will be compassionate and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Administer medications and monitor health
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate records of resident care
- Communicate with healthcare professionals and family members

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA certification or relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of residential care procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Experience in residential care settings preferred
