Your New Role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to be part of our Federal Clinets who will be optimizing systems, streamlining processes, and achieving business objectives. The aim of the Senior Systems Analyst will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

The Senior Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in the product development lifecycle, leveraging their expertise to optimize the clients systems and processes. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand needs, objectives, and desired outcomes, ensuring alignment with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise and technical knowledge across a range of programs or activities.
• Set priorities, maintain team cohesion, and ensure quality outputs.
• Contribute to managing change and uncertainty in the workplace.
• Propose and facilitate innovation initiatives and business improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with design teams to create UX/UI designs and solution prototypes.
• Continuously monitor and optimize implemented systems to meet organizational needs.

To be successful, you will need:

• Minimum 6 years' experience in Senior System Analyst Position. 
• Experience within Healthcare sector. 
• Familiarity with FHIR Healthcare Systems.
• Experince in Coaching & Mentoring the team. 

Essential Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.
• Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
