About This Role As a Senior Talent Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive change and fostering collective growth within NSW Health. You will contribute significantly to the ongoing success of the Ministry of Health, public health organisations, and related government agencies. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, support, and implement programs, projects, and activities that align with our Talent Strategy. Join us in shaping the future of healthcare delivery and management, as we work together to achieve excellence and innovation. Crown Clerk 9/10 , starting salary from $120,859 - $133,183 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week. For more information, please read the full Role Description. What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and implement contemporary talent practice and programs, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and through research.
  • Design and manage programs and practices to identify and address capability gaps and enhance retention of key talent.
  • Drive the adoption of tools and processes across the health cluster to enhance consistency and leverage talent analytics.
  • Conduct talent review and succession planning processes for executive-level roles.
  • Champion change management strategies, guide teams through transformative projects and provide support to stakeholders.
  • Engage and manage key stakeholders within the organisation, across various sectors, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
About You You are passionate about making a meaningful impact, thrive in a collaborative environment, and take a systematic approach to your work. You will support NSW Health with:
  • Building relationships, problem-solving, and driving change.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in leading organisational development, leadership and talent management, change management, and/or learning & development initiatives.
  • Strong relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Experience in utilising data to identify gaps, needs, and opportunities.
  • Ideally, experience in working with Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Proficiency in psychometric assessment interpretation.
