About the role

The purpose of this role is to:

• Effectively manage security operations at STARS ensuring a high standard of service delivery to staff, patients and visitors through compliance with Metro North policies and procedures.
• Lead security staff in promoting a quality ethos, maintaining awareness of contemporary industry practices including Accreditation, National Standards, technology and maintaining standards of best practice.
