Support Worker Training Provided

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes or in the community

- Support individuals with meal preparation, medication management, and household chores
- Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and social activities
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and any changes in individuals' conditions
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals at all times.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a caregiving or support role preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends as needed
