Key Requirements:

· Work with the senior IT officers to provide technical advice and support.

· Administer SharePoint online.

· Ensure network security systems are maintained.·

· Undertake IT network administration and support.

· Provide secure network and IT systems configuration.

· Ensure management and remediation of security vulnerabilities and IOCs.

· Maintain all required system architecture documentation.

· Cloud Administrator, ensure Microsoft 365 configuration aligns with security requirements.

What Will You Be Doing?

As an integral part of our team, the Systems and Security Engineer is an all-encompassing IT role that will provide specialist technical configuration and advice to all staff within the organisation. You will also play a key role in creating and maintaining technical standards and support documentation, ensuring seamless operations in our dynamic environment.

You Need to Have:

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Server and Microsoft Windows technology.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including consultation skills.

· Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with cybersecurity, project management and IT

systems with a strong, hands-on approach.

· Ability to work both independently and as a team member.

· Ability to implement project tasks in a timely manner and within budget.

· Demonstrated record of excellence in providing customer support and IT services.

· Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent experience.

· High level analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Demonstrated ability to coordinate planning and implementation activities to produce required

solutions.

· Demonstrated project management and planning skills.
