MISSION:

• Professionally delivering the highest customer service, resolving issues, communicating clearly, and working safely

• Confidently preparing, comprehensively knowing, and responsibly serving beverages to guests in an effective manner

• Properly maintaining the set-up, stock, security, and hygiene of the bar on a daily basis, including general service and functions

• Efficiently operating the POS system and coordinating payments

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proof of working rights in Australia and ample availability (preferrably no visa restrictions on hours)

• RSA, plus some hospitality experience/understanding (barista experience preferred)

• Strong English communication and hospitable service

• Motivated, committed, and adaptive approach

• Positive team player, open minded, and outgoing personality
