We are looking for guest experience superstars! You will be working in the front office department as Guest Service Agents.
Novotel Melbourne on Collins is a contemporary style 4.5 star comfort hotel conveniently located in the very heart of Melbourne on fashionable Collins Street close to the Town Hall, Federation Square and retail and theatre districts. Featuring 380 guest rooms and suites, bar and restaurant, swimming pool and gym with 8 flexible conference & function venues feature state-of-the-art, conference technology. The ballroom accommodates events of up to 400 delegates in a theatre-style setup or 230 guests for banquets.
What you will be doing:
- Provide personalised service and a memorable experience for our guests – every guest, every interaction, everyday.
- Be an advocate of ALL: Accor’s loyalty program to non-members
- Checking guests in and out Maintaining accurate guest accounts
- Taking bookings, providing helpful information & entering reservations
- Answering guests queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Addressing guest requests and handling guest complaints in a positive manner.
- Liaise with inter departments to assist guest and advise of room moves
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous Front Office Reception experience preferable
- Professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- A friendly and positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a team
- Previous experience Opera desirable not essential
- The flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends
