NRMA Ballarat Holiday Park is a holiday oasis, with modern comforts and great facilities in a central location. 

What you’ll do:
This is a Permanent Part Time position with around 25 hours minimum a week. You will need to have good availability, between the hours of 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week including public and school holidays. You will wow our guests with your welcoming smile, bubbly personality and ability to think outside the box. You will ensure that guests are welcomed warmly and are efficiently checked-in and checked-out. You will also be responsible for any incoming phone calls to the property and delight with your familiarity of all accommodation offerings and services. 

What you’ll bring:

Outstanding customer service  skills

Well presented , friendly  and  welcoming

Passionate  about everything you do with a drive to be the best you

Team-oriented

Great problem-solving skills  and the ability to multitask, supporting your team and guests

Reception/Front Office/Administration/Sales Agent/Customer Service  preferred - hospitality industry will be highly regarded

Park Management system experience (Newbook and/or RMS preferred but not necessary)
