About the Role:
In this role, your main responsibility will be to deliver superior cleaning services to LHG's Home Care clients in their own homes every day. You will be supervised by both the Hotel Services Manager and the Home Care, Care Manager, ensuring that you maintain an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness for our clients and are adaptable to various tasks.
The job may require you to travel to various locations such as Glynde, Fullarton, and Hope Valley in the eastern suburbs, so having reliable transportation is a must. Additionally, there may be times when you will need to cover shifts at one of the three LHG facilities providing residential care.
About YouCandidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. It is essential to prioritise confidentiality and demonstrate a strong dedication to safety protocols and their enforcement. The ideal candidate should possess a solid experience in commercial style and proficient cleaning skills and the flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of clients.
Knowledge of chemicals, their proper usage, and understanding of SDS and chemical safety are required. Applicants should be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Following processes and instructions closely is crucial.
Successful candidates will need to undergo a pre-employment medical examination and obtain a current police clearance. Eligibility to work in Australia is necessary.
