In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to lounge patrons and maintaining a safe and pleasant environment. What do we do? We are looking for part time & full time - Lounge Runners (F&B Attendants) to join our fast pace working environment to provide high quality customer service to our guests. Job Description Essential duties of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensure accuracy whilst ordering and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Clear and reset tables and ensure service areas are clean and tidy.
• Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation in line with expected outcomes.
• Explain the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences and providing timely assistance when recommending beverages.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry would be beneficial.
• Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices.

Qualifications Whilst technical experience is of importance to us, to be considered for the role, you will have the following:

• A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the strive to provide total customer satisfaction.
• Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive, intuitive and efficient.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
• Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients.
• A high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
• The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• A positive team player and guest-centric mindset.
• MUST have full working rights within Australia
