We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for completing overnight audit duties while also providing friendly and professional service to our valued guests.

Your Opportunity:

• Conducting overnight audit procedures with precision and accuracy.
• Maintaining guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments and generating daily reports, while working closely with the Night Manager.
• Providing exceptional customer service as you check-in/check-out guests and assist with general enquiries at the Front Desk.
• Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assisting with administrative tasks to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud or other hotel management software is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and service excellence.
• Professional appearance representing our Sofitel brand.
