Welcome to this opportunity to join our Reservations team at Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort - we are so excited to have you here! We are looking for a reservations superstar to step into our Reservations Agent role.

About the role:

• Respond to and prioritise all reservation enquiries (via phone and email) providing a high level of personalised service 
• Provide exceptional service and product knowledge of local area and hotel 
• Ensure Accor's ALL program is maintained and delivered to its highest standards
• Upsell hotel products while aiming to reach daily and monthly targets
• Be up to date with current promotions and packages 

About you:

• Strong communication skills; including both verbal and written 
• Sound knowledge of Opera PMS or similar reservation system 
• Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weeks
• Excellent time management skills and can work autonomously 
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks whilst maintain attention to detail
