Job Description - Senior Hotel Manager

Summary: The Senior Hotel Manager with generous salary and incentives leads hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Lead and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hotel or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and implement cost-saving measures.
