Sous Chef

The Office Hotel is a busy sports bar with loads of atmosphere in the heart of Sydney CBD right near Wynyard Station. The Office is a busy venue known for its great quality food, busy lunches and after work drinks as well as having one of the best Sports bars and TABs in Sydney.

We are currently seeking switched-on and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. This position allows you to combine your passion for hospitality with your drive to grow and develop your career.

We offer good hours, flexible rosters and nurture talent and promote internally for those willing to expand and further their careers. This is a full time position.

What are we looking for:

• You must have previous Sous Chef experience, including ordering, stocktake and crew management

• Computer literate with experience using Cooking the Books a plus

• You must have full availability, including evenings and weekends

• The right attitude - a positive team player with a genuine desire to prove his or her worth & progress quickly

• Organisational skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively in a team environment
