We are currently looking to recruit a full time Bus Driver/Trainer to join our Ballarat Depot.

The Position

This Bus Driving/Training position is based at our Ballarat Depot and has responsibility for the safe transportation of passengers, adhering to road laws, and providing great customer service to our passengers.

The boxes you'll tick

Bus driving isn’t your average job. And we’re not looking for just anyone. We are people, people, with a customer-first attitude, and therefore are looking for people with:

• a current heavy vehicle licence (valid MR/HR Licence is required for this role)
• Hold or are willing to apply for a Drivers Accreditation Certificate.
• hold a current working with children check or have applied for one.
• excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public
• excellent communication skills
• training skills or experience. A CIV in Training and Assessment would be advantageous but not mandatory.
