Job Description



Grow your career with a global retailer as a HR Project Assistant   within our Human Resources team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position .

This role provides an opportunity to be a part of a broad HR team that includes inclusion & diversity, recruitment, learning & development and HR projects and support. As a part of our collaborative HR team, you'll play a key role in supporting various strategic projects, programs, and tasks that span across the entire employee lifecycle.

Instead, we're at the forefront, developing and implementing strategies and providing services that align with the business's objectives while creating an inclusive and engaging work environment. This means that your work will not only impact all ALDI team members but also contribute towards the company’s strategic goals.

What does the role look like?

  • Assist in the design, development and implementation of projects aligned to the HR strategy, across topics ranging from performance and development frameworks and career progression programs
  • Support the Executive Manager - HR Projects with the engagement and influence of key internal and external stakeholders to agree on program deliverables, timelines, and implementation methods across a variety of HR topics
  • Support the development of HR analytics to highlight trends and demonstrate the performance of initiatives
  • Draft and update HR policies, processes, submissions, and business communication
  • Assist in daily tasks such as responding to enquiries from the wider business within the Academy inbox
  • Assist with the management of the HRIS, LMS and Performance Management systems

Qualifications



What do we need from you?

  • Demonstrated project management experience with the successful delivery of projects from concept to implementation
  • Experience in implementing newly developed HR initiatives is desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and needs
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting with change management and advocacy initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate MS Suite skill set
