The opportunity

Here at EBOS Group we have a great opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator with an interest and experience in HR advisory and reporting, and manager support to join our amazing HR team. Enjoying systems and reporting as well as HR administration would make you a great member of our highly engaged and supportive HR team.

Reporting to the Head of People for Healthcare, this role will see you providing advice to line managers across multiple businesses on various HR matters, as well as assisting the team with requirements relating to employee lifecycle management including, recruitment processes, employment contracts, on boarding, development, terminations, employee relations and performance management.

You will also provide support on HR initiatives and systems including our HRIS Project and assist with recruitment as required.

In addition, you will also:

  • Participate in company policy, procedure and program reviews and provide first line policy and procedure advice;
  • Lead HR reporting;
  • Maintain HR systems and accounts, including HRIS;
  • Assist with recruitment by posting ads, providing assistance to managers with the hiring process and recruitment system, and working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead;
  • Help maintain the people page on the intranet.

What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in HR and minimum 2 years previous experience working within a similar role;
  • Strong systems knowledge and experience using excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP's and Microsoft forms;
  • Experience using survey tools, google forms and talent management software such as PageUp;
  • Understanding of how Awards and/or EA's work, particularly around contract clauses with an ability to confidently advise on them;
  • Employee relations experience highly regarded;
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills;
  • Highly empathetic with a strong customer service skills;
  • Team player and willingness to help colleagues;
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
