Based in Brisbane CBD, we have the perfect entry point for a highly motivated and driven recent HR Graduate (or close to graduating) looking to grow and gain hands-on experience. This role will work with our People, Culture and Capability Team and support the team in a broad range of HR activities. Build your skill set and gain further experience within HR in a unique industry and as part of a fantastic team.
This role offers the chance for you to gain experience by work closely with experienced practitioners in all areas of People, Culture and Capability to observe and learn about each function. We support our staff through ongoing development opportunities, mentoring, and a balanced approach to work.
In this role you will rotate through a variety of Human Resource settings and receive exposure to:
About you
You must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent) or be due to graduate before commencing in the role in July 2024.
