Mandurah Baptist College is seeking to appoint an outstanding human resources generalist to the role of Human Resources Managerfrom January 2024.
Reporting to the Principal as well as working closely with the Director of Finance & Resources and as a member of the College’s Senior Leadership Team, you will provide leadership for all human resource management activities across the College. This is a true generalist role where you will have the responsibility for ensuring an efficient, centralised human resource function.
To be successful in this role you will need a relevant tertiary qualification in a human resources related discipline plus substantial generalist HR experience, and the ability to demonstrate previous success in all of the key areas of responsibility (refer to Job Description). Previous experience in the education sector is ideal but not essential. Your ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise your time, and communicate at all levels, including executive management, is absolutely essential.
