We are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and up & coming Project Manager based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane who is looking to expand their career in Project Management.

 
We are looking for someone excited to be a project manager, willing to learn and be mentored by other project managers and who enjoys engaging with customers.  

 
The role works in collaboration with the Senior Project Managers and project consultants to drive project activities that deliver quality outcomes for our customers, and to manage the communication and project reporting, while at the same time troubleshooting and monitoring potential scheduling problems and managing risks for mitigation in a timely manner.  The role will also work with the Resource Manager with resource coordination and scheduling for relevant projects.

 
Through the PMO you will be working with a network of incredibly capable Project Management professionals to identify and implement ongoing process improvement in our methodology and delivery and participate in our Fusion5 Project Manager certification training. 

 
With your Project Manager hat on you will be…

• Coordinating, and facilitating multiple, concurrent software implementation projects
• Creating, executing and reviewing project work plans
• Identifying resources and assigning individual responsibility
• Managing project budgets and day-to-day operational aspects
• Ensuring accurate project documentation is maintained
• Reviewing and monitoring deliverables and seeking opportunities for improvement to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.

The role is not for the faint hearted, we need a strong player who:

• Has 1-3 years of experience coordinating or implementing projects
• A strong Finance background is advantageous
• Experience in Microsoft Project is desired
• Has exposure and understanding of the full lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience in multiple projects
• Has exposure and/or willingness to learn Azure DevOps and/or Jira
• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Has understanding and exposure to different project methodologies
• Has experience in managing project schedules, project budgets and client relationships
• Is solution orientated with strong attention to detail
• Thrives on being across all aspects of their Projects and addresses risks and issues
• Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Is certified in Prince2 or willing to become Prince2 certified.
