Recruitment Consultant

Alltype Engineering is a multifaceted engineering company providing fabrication and installation services to the Oil & Gas, Water, Power Generation, Infrastructure, Mining, Resources, Utility, Petrochemical and Defence industries, in both the private and public sectors.

Job Description

The role will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of roles within our business. Your duties may include, but are not limited to

• Advertising job vacancies, interviewing and selection of staff
• Reference checking and verification of working rights
• Booking medicals and training courses 
• Administration of company inductions
• Maintaining our recruitment system and personnel records
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Obtaining and verifying copies of licences and

  qualifications

• Assisting with onboarding and mobilisation tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Previous internal recruitment experience essential
• Prior experience with recruitment systems – (Smart recruiter desirable)
• Experience with Blue + White Collar roles
• Knowledge of the construction industry and the related

  qualifications

  , license and tickets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Pronto experience (desirable)
• Previous exposure to relevant Modern Awards
• Experience in Human Resources (desirable)

Additional Information

The salary on offer is between $70,000 - $80,000 per annum.
