This role is based in HR Office Team, within the Operations Division at UNSW. Why Your Role Matters:
As HR Project Consultant, you will play an important role within a multidisciplinary compliance program. Engaged across a broad range of activities, you will build strong and effective professional networks and engage and collaborate across the program as well as with SMEs and senior leaders to support the delivery of strategic and operational compliance objectives.
Working collaboratively with the Project Team, you will investigate and gather insights into work practices and data. Offering a holistic interpretation, you will review and present recommendations across areas such as remediation activities, advising on changes to work practices where appropriate.
Reporting into the Compliance Stream Lead, you will drive the review in line with project objectives.
