The business has just under 1000 people, and a People & Culture function of around 25.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Reward this role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic People & Culture team with exposure to a range of remuneration and benefits offerings and practices within an ASX-listed environment.
The remuneration specialist will play an integral role in the design and implementation of a remuneration framework to align with the businesses long-term business strategy and requires a continuous improvement mindset across all remuneration and benefits processes.
In addition this rolewill assist with the management of the annual remuneration review process and work with the Head of Reward on the annual remuneration report.
There will also be a strong focus on analytics, reporting and benchmarking along with project coordination.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a passion for data with 3-4 years’ experience in remuneration for a workforce of 800+ (e.g. strong data management skills and an understanding of efficient and practical ways to classify and manage data for a larger workforce).
Desired Qualifications – Accounting, Business, Human Resources or other relevant degree or experience that demonstrates your love for numbers as well as your commercial and learning mindset.
