We currently have a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join our People & Culture division within Business Partnering. You will support the Head of Business Partnering or aligned leadership group directly and provide advisory services on people solutions, delivering annual cyclical initiatives, and using data and insights to prioritise key actions to deliver value to the business.



Key responsibilities will include:

• Support Business Partnering/business leaders in delivering value based on data, insights and business context. Includes change management and organisational development.

• SME people advisory services to respective business partners/business leaders on talent, succession, inclusion & diversity, leadership, culture, performance, reward, engagement.

• Provide feedback and continuous improvement input to the People & Culture Centre's of Expertise and particularly opportunities in the People Advisory function.

What you will bring:

• Curious outcome focussed self-starter with uncompromising drive, passion, focus, and energy to help innovate and drive change.
• Enjoys working collaboratively and building strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver in complex organisations and matrix structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence, coach, advise Senior Leaders using data/logic.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills including planning, communication and influencing skills.
• Tertiary qualified with degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Professional experience in HR with profound years of experience in a large corporate organisation.
