About The Role:

Aerison are currently seeking an experienced Accounts and Administration Assistant to manage the administration and accounts in a small office in Landsdale. This position is for one of our affiliated companies with an enviable reputation in air pollution management.

Your overall responsibilities for this position:

• Managing the Reception and office administration – arranging Couriers and logistics

• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing them with necessary information, access, and resources.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain an attention to detail.
• A team player with a positive and pro-active approach to the role.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and qualifications.

• General understanding of dust mitigation systems / methods.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting function
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office - mainly Excel, Word
• Experience with MYOB
• Basic Accounting tasks – entering Supplier invoices.
• Other accounts related duties related to logistics, onboarding, and mobilisation of staff.
• Training will be provided.
